all the car companies are having trouble these days. even toyota has shown a loss for the 1st time in 30 years.
what iv always wanted to know, is why the car companies dont just build a older model that was succesful again.
who of us wouldnt buy a 91 civic si NEW?
we know that the car is good, either as a commuter or a cheap performance car.
and that gen car has a rep for lasting for many miles and being easy to work on.
ever wonder how much it would cost to build one today? there would be no design cost! no new fancy tech to make.
i would personally LOVE to buy a 89 honda LX-i new. i had one, metalic fleck dark red.
why do car makers feel they have to make new models(most of which are no better than previous ones) ever couple of years? that has to cost them butt loads of money!
